Common questions about hiring a hot tub from us

We have put together a list of the most commonly asked questions we get asked when it comes to hiring a hot tub with us. Hopefully the below should give you the answers you need however if not please just message us and we will be more than happy to help.

What safety measures are you taking during the COVID-19 pandemic?

All hot tubs are thoroughly deep cleaned with industrial cleaning chemicals after every hire and all hot tub cleaning filters are replaced with brand new filters after every hire without exception. We ensure all members of our delivery, installation and collection team adhere to strict social distancing guidelines and keep to a 2m distance between themselves and anyone within each household.

What areas do you deliver to?

We serve Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Suffolk. Please use the postcode checker tool on the hot tub booking page to see whether we can deliver to your area.

What happens on the day of delivery?

We arrive at your property at a pre-agreed time and will always aim to access the outside of your property without entering the property. We then require access to an outdoor tap and power supply, so we can set up the hot tub and show you how to fill the hot tub with water.

How long do I need to wait until I can use the hot tub?

The water is chemically shocked and heated which can take up to 12 hours.

How well do the hot tubs hold the heat in these temperatures?

All our hot tubs have automatic freeze shielding so can be used outside all year round. The inbuilt rapid 40 degree heating system also ensures the water stays warm regardless of the temperature so can be left out overnight regardless of the conditions.

Can the hot tub be installed on grass?

Ideally we would recommend setting up the hot tub on a patio or hard flooring however set up does include thermal meeting as standard so we can set up on grass if necessary to level the surface.

Is there a cost for delivery, set up and collection?

The cost of the hire includes delivery, set up and collection. The price you see on the website for the dates you selected to book are what you pay.

What if I don’t have a hose pipe can you supply one?

No problem at all, we can supply

Is my garden or patio space large enough?

Please see the size dimensions below for both our 4 and 6 seater hot tubs. If you have an open space area either on either grass or patio that can meet these dimensions, then there is enough room to install the hot tub.
4 seater – 1.80 metres
6 seater – 1.96 metres

What if I don’t have an outdoor power supply?

We can supply a suitable extension lead with circuit breaker that can be connected from indoors

I do not have an outdoor tap, can I still hire?

Depending on what tap you have in the kitchen or downstairs bathroom we have adaptors that can fit however please send us a message with a photo of your tap either via live chat or here and we check for you.
